In a world that is so geared towards ‘faster’, we often think there is something very beautiful about being able to slow down and take your time to enjoy something wonderful.

We believe great things take time: Things like making pasta by hand with the recipes we grew up loving, savouring a wonderful meal for hours with the people that matter most and giving an old friend a call instead of a quick text.

At Lilly’s, we believe that some things are better the ‘old-fashioned’ way. That’s part of the reason we still ask you to book by phone: it’s easier for us to manage as our team is small and often the same person who would check the emails is the same person to greet you & serve you when you arrive-and when it gets busy, we want to be helping our guests & we usually need all hands-on deck.

It might be ‘old fashioned’ but…we kind of like it that way.
